Every signal is structured around a primary SEC source link, a filing type, a filing date, a row-level updated date, an Episigna summary, and an original filing excerpt.
Source scope
Initial scope is SEC 10-K and 10-Q filings for public companies where AI-related risk language appears.
Signal structure
Signals include company, ticker, source type, filing type, filing date, category, keywords, excerpt, source URL, and updated date.
